Pastor (Mrs) Bipiminafieye Opuaya Agha (fondly called Pst O), is a Nigerian Minister of the Gospel and the President/Founder Of When Women Pray International (aka WWP), a nondenominational Christian Women Ministry where ordinary women are turned into praying women with headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria.

A teacher of the Word, she conducts over a dozen domestic and international conferences every year. Pst O deliberately and intentionally lives by the tenets of 2 Corinthians 4:5, by constantly showing thousands of women the need and utmost importance of knowing God for themselves.
